As of Saturday 03 december 2011 the Studyroom of the Central Library will also be accessible on Saturdays and Sundays.

      Saturday:  07.30u. – 17.45u.

      Sunday:    10.00u. – 17.45u.

 

Please keep in mind that during the extended business hours only the Studyroom will be open for study purposes.

Every year, on 24 October, the work of the United Nations organization is given greater publicity.  

In this context, the University Library organized an exhibition on 24 October 2011. The theme of the "UN DAY" was: "Greening the Blue".

 

Leiden donates documents to Library University of Suriname

The Library of the University of Suriname (UB) has received from the AdeK-Leiden Books project a considerable gift consisting of about 150 boxes with very useful literature on law, medicine and management.    

 

Mrs. Don Venne, Coordinator of the project, with her team, has provided a good addition to our collection.
