Every year, on 24 October, the work of the United Nations organization is given greater publicity.  

In this context, the University Library organized an exhibition on 24 October 2011. The theme of the "UN DAY" was: "Greening the Blue".

 

The emphasis during this theme day was placed on the nature-friendly dealing with our environment. This books exhibition, with emphasis on the online e-books and the database of the UN, was held from 24 to 25 October 2011 from 08:00 – 20:30 h. in the space between the Cybertheek and the Repro Department.

 

Our purpose was to promote the UN Publications dealing with greening your environment, in particular the E-Books.
